Yellow Pages goes digital with QR code
On the 21st of July 2020, imagine Sdn Bhd and Tele Directories (B) Sdn Bhd marked a milestone with a collaboration on modernising the Brunei Telephone Directories Yellow Pages that now includes a QR code for a more efficient customer experience.
This is a part of continued efforts to provide an easy reference for those seeking information. Dedicated to rapid advancements of digitisation happening throughout 2020, Yellow Pages also introduced an interactive e-book directory that allows listed companies to connect better with potential customers and clients.
The e-book also debuts active hyperlinks that connect to business websites and e-mail addresses directly from the listing, with zoom capabilities for better reader experience. It comes in three colour-coded sections for easy reference namely Government Department in blue, Residential Listings in white and Commercial, or Classified, section in yellow.
The Sultanate will now be able to have easier access to a wide network of information, including that of businesses and general public. The Yellow Pages e-book can be accessed through related QR codes displayed at imagine Sdn Bhd counters whilst the hardcopy of Yellow Pages is also readily available through any of imagines’ branches nationwide.
